The Genuine BMW center console is a direct replacement part designed for the lower portion of the E46 3 Series and E46 M3 models (1999-2006) that are not equipped with a factory armrest. This black console surrounds the hand brake and accessory trays, offering a pristine, unblemished alternative to worn or aged original components. This console is specifically for E46 3 Series models from 1999 to 2006 and E46 M3 models from 2001 to 2006. It serves as a replacement for the existing plastic center console, which includes the areas around the e-brake, coin box/storage cubby, and rear ashtray. It is also an ideal solution for those looking to delete the factory center armrest. BMW does not offer specific center consoles for convertible models. If installing in a convertible, minor modifications will be required. BMW includes a trim template to aid in achieving proper fitment for these applications. For those looking to delete the center armrest entirely, ECS Tuning offers a compiled kit (ES2526395) that includes the necessary hardware.
