The BMW Genuine Parts 88002157530 is a comprehensive Service 2 inspection kit tailored for BMW's E46 chassis. This pre-packaged kit ensures you have the essential components for a thorough maintenance check, including an oil filter, a carbon activated cabin filter, six spark plugs, and an air filter element. This service kit is designed to facilitate BMW's Service 2 inspection, which builds upon Service 1 by also including the replacement of spark plugs and the engine air filter. During this inspection, it is also recommended to check the vehicle for any cracked or torn boots and signs of rust. For BMW models produced after 1999, the initial Service 2 inspection is typically recommended at 60,000 miles, with subsequent services due every 60,000 miles thereafter. This kit is specifically designed for the E46 chassis and is compatible with the 323Ci, 323i, 325Ci, 325i, 328Ci, and 328i models.
