GenV HyperGate45 Lite External Wastegate

The Turbosmart GenV HyperGate45 Lite is a high-performing 45mm external wastegate, engineered for cost-effectiveness and usability in engine bays with limited space. This wastegate provides advanced user configuration, world-leading thermal performance, and fatigue resistance, coupled with best-in-class flow dynamics for superior control and longevity. As a direct upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, the GenV features a unique collar-locking system, a variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree reference hose routing, and strap-type V-band clamps. It includes provisions for optional liquid cooling and has 1/8″ NPT reference ports. The wastegate is supplied with a full range of springs, allowing for base mechanical pressure options from 3psi up to 26psi, with the potential to achieve 2-3 times the base pressure when manipulated by a boost controller. Constructed with a Nitronic 60 valve guide and a high-temperature 347 SS body, the GenV HyperGate45 Lite utilizes 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for reliability. The low-profile actuator housing reduces height and diameter, making it suitable for tight engine compartments. Materials include a GenV SS316 valve seat, inlet and outlet weld flanges, and V-bands, along with a locking collar tool and various fittings.
