The Turbosmart GenV ProPort is a 54mm blow-off valve designed for turbocharged and supercharged applications. It features a compact design with massive flow capabilities, rated for up to 3500 HP. The valve utilizes a Mil-Spec proprietary diaphragm and a Boost-Balance system for optimal sealing.

The Turbosmart GenV ProPort is an all-new 54mm blow-off valve featuring a compact design with significant flow capacity, suitable for applications up to 3500 HP. This valve boasts a 420 cfm flow rate, surpassing leading market competitors while maintaining a lower profile than previous models. It is constructed with an anodized 6000 series billet aluminum body and valve, ensuring durability and performance. Engineered with over 25 years of experience, the ProPort utilizes CFD-driven design and real-world validation. Its Milspec Diaphragm operated valve is highly responsive, and the integrated Boost-Balance system ensures that the valve seals better as boost pressure increases. This specific model, TS-0208-1212, includes an optional Hall Effect Position Sensor cap. This non-contact sensor allows for valve position logging, providing valuable data for tuning and motorsport use without the risk of leaks. The GenV ProPort features a Quick Release V-Band system for easy installation and removal. It also includes two 1/8" NPT reference ports on a rotatable cap, simplifying hose routing in complex engine bays. The valve comes pre-installed with a blue spring, rated for -18 to -14 InHg, and offers other spring options for various applications, including supercharged setups.
