It is the largest in the Turbosmart GenV range and boasts the highest flow rate globally. This wastegate offers extensive user configurability, leading thermal performance, and excellent fatigue resistance for optimal control and longevity.

The Turbosmart GenV WG60 PowerGate60 External Wastegate is engineered for motorsport applications, offering a cost-effective solution with the highest flow rate in its class. It represents a significant advancement over previous generations, featuring a ground-up redesign focused on maximizing flow and thermal management, validated through in-house CFD analysis and bench testing. Constructed with a Nitronic 60 valve guide and a high-temperature 347 SS body, this wastegate utilizes 17/7 PH stainless steel springs for durability. Key features include a user-adjustable actuator position, strap-type V-band clamps for secure mounting, and 1/8" NPT reference ports. An optional liquid actuator cooling provision is also available for enhanced thermal performance. This wastegate is designed as a direct fit upgrade for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates. It incorporates a unique collar-locking system and a modular design for easy actuator interchangeability. The variable actuator cap and base allow for convenient 360-degree routing of reference hoses.
