The COBB Tuning 524210 is a GESi catted 3" downpipe designed for Subaru STI models from 2015-2018. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this downpipe replaces factory catalytic converter sections. It is noted as a discontinued item by COBB Tuning as of January 31, 2022.

The COBB 524210 is a GESi catted 3-inch downpipe designed as a direct replacement for select Subaru models. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a 400-grade stainless steel cat, this downpipe offers a greater flow rate and extended lifespan compared to traditional ceramic or brick-style catalytic converters. It features a CAD-designed cast bellmouth that smoothly blends the exiting air, and a stainless adapter flange with an MLS gasket for a direct fit with either the factory exhaust or a COBB Cat-Back Exhaust system, utilizing the OEM donut gasket. This downpipe requires tuning after installation to function optimally. It is compatible with 2008-2014 WRX and 2008-2020 STI models. It is important to note that this product has been discontinued by COBB Tuning. Additionally, it is not CARB legal.
