GESI Catted J-Pipe

The Extreme Turbo Systems (ETS) 15-21 WRX GESI Catted J-Pipe is a direct factory replacement exhaust component engineered for performance enthusiasts. Constructed from robust 3.0-inch 304 stainless steel tubing and flanges, it features precise CNC mandrel bending to ensure smooth exhaust gas flow and minimize back pressure. This design significantly enhances exhaust flow for maximum performance gains and contributes to a throaty exhaust note. The J-pipe integrates a high-flow, Gen 2 400 Cell GESI catalytic converter, which is EPA compliant for vehicles from 2017 onwards. This advanced catalytic converter is capable of supporting substantial horsepower, rated for up to 850 wheel horsepower (whp), outperforming many others that are limited to 350-500whp. The converter utilizes a custom-designed S-wound core for improved strength and performance, new proprietary coating technology to meet emissions regulations, and Double-Lock technology to secure the substrate. Installation is designed as a direct fit replacement for the factory downpipe. Customer feedback highlights its excellent fitment and quality, with some noting that while the installation is straightforward, removing the stock J-pipe can be the most challenging part, recommending patience and penetrating oil. The product is hand-built in the USA. It is important to note that this specific J-pipe will not fit CVT models.
