The RV6 Performance GESi G-Sport Catted Downpipe is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and turbo response for specific Honda and Acura models. It integrates a high-performance 400 CPSI GESi G-Sport catalytic converter, featuring a substantial 4.5-inch diameter core designed for maximum flow while preventing check engine lights. Construction involves precision cast 304 stainless steel transition sections and a 3.0-inch 304 stainless steel outlet. The entire assembly is fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing, ensuring clean, strong welds free from internal oxidation. Crucially, all factory heat shield mounting points are retained, facilitating an installation that closely mimics OEM fitment. This downpipe is specifically designed for the 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T, 2022+ Honda Civic Si, and 2023+ Acura Integra models. The product includes essential hardware for installation, such as three chromoly exhaust studs, three locking nuts, a graphite gasket with a sealing ring to prevent blowouts, a turbo outlet gasket, and a wire harness. RV6 provides a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding, though the catalytic converter itself is not covered under warranty.
