The MODE Auto Concepts GFB Deceptor Pro II is an electronic blow-off valve engineered for Subaru WRX and WRX STi vehicles from model years 1999-2000. This unit boasts revised porting for optimized flow and adjustable venting bias, allowing you to customize the sound from silent to loud. The compact design ensures it fits within factory valve locations, and it offers a direct bolt-on installation for many vehicles. Key features include a new bore finishing process for a lifetime of reliable operation, and a remote proportional venting bias/volume control. You can adjust the blow-off sound from the driver's seat using the sleek, compact in-car controller with a backlit dial. The end-point adjustment feature allows you to control the maximum vent-to-atmosphere bias setting, which can help prevent issues like backfiring and stalling common with excessive venting. The volume adjustment is managed by a high-torque geared electric motor, supported by a durable, low-friction gear train with precision sealed ball bearings. Installation is straightforward, with all necessary parts and wiring supplied to get the system up and running quickly and easily.
