The GFB DV+ T9351 is a performance diverter valve engineered as a direct-fit replacement for stock electronically controlled diverter valves found in a wide range of Audi, VW, Skoda, and Porsche applications. It replaces weak plastic factory components with durable metal construction, effectively solving boost leaks and enhancing boost holding capabilities. The DV+ features pilot-actuated operation, allowing for increased throttle response and improved drivability. It is capable of handling boost pressures upwards of 50psi. The valve retains the factory solenoid coil for seamless integration. Users can expect improved boost holding, especially at higher RPM, and faster boost recovery after throttle lift-off. While the DV+ aims to preserve boost pressure, it cannot create more boost or make the turbo spool faster. If the factory valve is not leaking, peak boost may remain the same, but boost drop-off at high RPM might be reduced.
