The 7002 wastegate features an investment cast body made from 253MA chromium-nickel stainless steel, a one-piece stainless steel valve, and a nomex reinforced diaphragm to cope with the extreme conditions and harsh environment of high-boost and exhaust temperatures. 38MM VALVE, V-BAND INLET AND OUTLET (DIRECTLY COMPATIBLE WITH TIAL MV-S FLANGES), 93MM OVERALL HEIGHT, SUPPLIED WITH 10PSI (OUTER) SPRING ADDITIONAL SPRINGS AVAILABLE ARE 5PSI (INNER) AND 7PSI (MIDDLE), COMBINE SPRINGS TO ACHIEVE BASE BOOST PRESSURE OF 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17 AND 22PSI

MIA's Description

The EX38 wastegate features an investment cast body made from 253MA chromium-nickel stainless steel, a one-piece stainless steel valve, and a nomex reinforced diaphragm. It has a 38mm valve and comes with a 10psi spring. Additional springs (5psi, 7psi, and 10psi) are available, allowing for base boost pressures of 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, and 22psi. Standing at 93mm tall, it is shorter than many rivals. The inlet flange ID has a tapered entry for smooth exhaust flow, and the seat ID is larger for increased flow. It is directly compatible with TiAl MV-S flanges. The actuator housing is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. It utilizes a V-band clamp mounting system and is manufactured in Australia under ISO 9001 quality management system.
