The Girodisc A2-147 is a direct bolt-on replacement for OE discs, maintaining factory bias and ABS efficiency. This 2-piece slotted brake rotor upgrade is approximately 8.1 lbs lighter per rotor than stock units, reducing rotational and unsprung weight for quicker acceleration and improved suspension response. It features superior heat dissipation over traditional one-piece rotors and eliminates stress fractures with repeated heat cycles. The central "hat" section is made with 6061-T6 aluminum, while the discs are cast iron to professional racing specifications. Designed and manufactured in-house using US-sourced raw materials, the A2-147 includes any necessary additional parts like caliper spacers and longer bolts.
