Welcome to GiroDisc! Our replacement rings are sold in pairs and include replacement hardware. The only parts you will reuse are your existing GiroDisc hats. Please note that unless specifically noted, GiroDisc replacement rings are only designed to work with GiroDisc hats. They are not designed to be used with other brands, including hats from cars equipped with 2-piece rotors from the factory. Direct bolt-on two-piece rotors from GiroDisc are lightweight, reducing an average of four to eight pounds of unsprung weight, and offer superior heat dissipation over traditional one-piece rotors, translating to improved braking performance and eliminating the likelihood of stress fractures in the rotor surface with repeated heat cycles. GiroDisc also offers replacement rotor rings compatible with several popular big brake kit manufacturers, including replacement hardware at no additional cost. The GiroDisc team believes that brake rotors are often overlooked in performance car braking systems. Originally founded in 2003, the company made its mission to design and manufacture two-piece brake rotors that would perform flawlessly at the limits. By specializing in this area, the company is able to dedicate itself to achieving the highest levels of engineering and manufacturing in the market. GiroDisc rotors are made of 6061-T6 aluminum for the central 'hat' section, with the discs themselves being cast iron to the exact specifications used in professional racing organizations, all designed and manufactured completely in-house using solely US-sourced raw materials. GiroDisc rotors require no additional modification to the braking system and include any additional parts such as caliper spacers and longer bolts in the kit if needed.
