GiroDisc 97-13 Chevrolet Corvette Z51 (C5/C6) Slotted Rear Rotors

The Girodisc A2-324 is a 2-piece floating rear rotor kit designed as a direct replacement for the C6 Z51 330mm rear rotor (J55 package) and an upgrade for C5 & C6 base Corvettes when converted with Z51 rear caliper brackets. Each rotor weighs 12.4 lbs, significantly reducing unsprung weight and rotating mass for improved performance. These rotors feature high-carbon iron rings with 48 curved directional vanes for superior cooling and enhanced resistance to cracking and warping compared to factory one-piece rotors. The black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum hats and floating hardware, including cadmium-plated steel drive pins, Belleville washers, and spring clips, ensure quiet operation and maintain proper pad alignment. The rebuildable design allows for easy replacement of rotor rings with Girodisc D2-324 when they reach the 24mm minimum thickness.
