GiroDisc Lamborghini Aventador (Iron Conversion) Slotted Rear Rotors

The Girodisc system aims to reduce unsprung and overall vehicle weight, and increase ventilation and cooling capacity of the brake disc while retaining original dimensions. This is achieved through a two-piece disc construction. The central "hat" section is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from cast iron, to the same specification and material as used by professional racing organizations. It features a curved vane design for cooling and a floating mount system with high strength alloy steel drive pins, cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. Anti-noise spring clips prevent rattling when cold. The slotted design continuously cleans and refreshes the pad surface, prevents contaminations, lightens the disc to decrease rotational inertia, and prevents water film in wet weather.
