Glide-Ride Rear Leaf Springs

The BDS Suspension Glide-Ride rear leaf springs are engineered to enhance the rear suspension of lifted 1953-1975 Jeep CJs, delivering a 2.5-inch lift. This upgrade promises improved handling capabilities, whether you're navigating trails, hauling heavy loads, or commuting daily. The advanced multi-leaf progressive spring rate design ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, regardless of the vehicle's load. BDS has implemented an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design. The primary three leafs are engaged for excellent everyday ride quality when unloaded. As moderate loads are added, secondary leafs engage to support the weight. For maximum hauling capacity, a bottom overload leaf is engaged when the vehicle is fully loaded. This dynamic engagement allows the vehicle to maintain a comfortable ride when empty while still providing substantial payload support. Please note that bushings are required for installation and must be purchased separately. Furthermore, BDS leaf springs are not intended for use beyond the truck's maximum payload capacity. For applications involving heavy payload use, supplemental rear air bags are recommended.
