The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1215CE-P is a remanufactured rear axle assembly, engineered for GM 10 Bolt 8.5-inch differentials. This assembly is meticulously rebuilt, featuring 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. All internal components, including the ring and pinion, gears, clutches, and carrier, undergo 100% inspection. Housings are cleaned via hydro blasting and inspected for wear and cracks, with tubes straightened to OEM specifications. Correct rolling torque is established using precise inch-pound measurements for setup and longevity. Designed for specific applications, this rear axle assembly fits 1978-1987 GM 1/2 ton trucks and 1978-1988 GM 1/2 ton Suburbans. It is exclusively for 2WD models and requires 28-spline axles.
