Description

ATK High Performance HP42 Chevy 540 Base Engine, rated at 660+ HP and 650+ TQ. Features a Dart Big M 4-bolt main block, Manley 4340 forged internal balance crankshaft and H-beam rods, forged 10.1:1 compression pistons, hydraulic roller camshaft, and ATK HP aluminum cylinder heads. This street/strip engine has a lopey idle and marginal vacuum for power brakes. Designed for custom applications; customer must verify component compatibility as modifications may be necessary.
