This new GM 5.7L 350 V8 marine base engine, part number ENG-5143NMSR, serves as a direct replacement for Volvo Penta marine engines manufactured from 1997 to the present. The engine is rated at 330 horsepower and is manufactured in the United States. It comes with a 1-year warranty. Key features include an aluminum timing cover and harmonic balancer, and it requires an electric fuel pump only.
