Overview
This transmission has undergone a complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection process. Internal parts are replaced as needed, with 100% of friction components, seals, O-rings, and gaskets being replaced with upgraded heavy-duty parts. The valve body is also inspected, measured, and machined if necessary before being tested for proper operation. The entire transmission is then assembled, end plays are set, and fasteners are torqued to specification. Finally, 100% of transmissions are dynamometer tested to ensure proper pressures, shift quality, and torque converter stall speed and lockup.
