The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1795A-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly built to high standards of precision and reliability. This unit is specifically designed for GM 7.5-inch rear differentials, featuring a 2.73 gear ratio, Posi Limited Slip Differential for enhanced traction, and compatibility with disc brakes and the NW9 traction control option. The axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process, including thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. During the remanufacturing, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque.
