The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1524A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for GM 9.5" axle applications. This unit is built to restore reliable performance and durability to your drivetrain. This axle assembly is equipped with a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) for improved traction and handling, an 8-lug wheel pattern, and a semi-float axle type. It is engineered for compatibility with GM 2500 models from 1989 through 2000 and features a 3.42 gear ratio for optimal performance. The remanufacturing process involves a comprehensive inspection of all internal components, including Ring & Pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. Key wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced to ensure longevity and proper function. Housings undergo rigorous testing for surface wear and cracks, and are hydro blasted to restore an OEM finish. Precision setup is achieved through inch-pound measurements for correct rolling torque establishment.
