GM LS Main Stud Kit

The OptiTorque 10593 is a Main Stud Kit designed for Gen III/Gen IV LS engines. It is crafted from domestically melted American high-strength steel and heat treated in vacuum furnaces. The fasteners undergo a proprietary tempering process for an optimized fine grain structure and are centerless ground for concentricity before thread rolling.

The studs feature a recessed hex for easier installation and removal, and are hot temperature oiled with a brilliant black oxide coating for protection. The kit includes forged, high-strength, heat-treated 12-point nuts and precision-ground load-distributing washers for uniform clamp load. It also contains True Torq+ assembly lubricant, installation procedures, and warranty information. These Patriot series fasteners meet a minimum of 210,000 psi UTS.
