GM LT4 +30% Direct Injection Injector Set

The Xtreme-DI GM LT4 +30% Injector Set provides significantly increased fuel flow for high-horsepower GM Gen V V8 and V6 direct injection engines. These injectors deliver 50% more flow than stock LT1/L86 injectors and 30% more than LT4 injectors, with flow rates reaching 2000 cc/min at 100 bar and 3000 cc/min at 200 bar. They are designed for an "100% drop-in fitment" with an "OEM spray pattern," and maintain "stock-like cold start and idle" with only one ECU value change required. Key specifications include a maximum rail pressure of 221 bar (3200psi), compatibility with all known fuels and ethanol blends, and a Bosch EV1 electric connector. The "driver profile" is XDI, and custom tuning is required for operation. The injectors are "rigorously tested and matched at three critical operating points," with provided documentation detailing idle stability at 0.8 ms at 20 bar, static flow reference at 10 ms at 100 bar, and WOT performance and stability at 6 ms at 200 bar. Tuning support is available for Standalone, HPT, and MoTeC systems. This injector set is compatible with high horsepower GM Gen V V8 and V6 direct injection engines, including specific applications like the 2014-2019 C7 Corvette (LT1), 2015-2019 C7 Z06 Corvette (LT4), 2016-2022 Camaro SS (LT1), 2016-2019 CTS-V (LT4), 2020-2024 CT5-V Black Wing (LT4), 2017-2023 ZL1 Camaro (LT4), 2014-2023 Silverado and Sierra with 4.3L LV3, 5.3L L83 and 6.2L L86 engines, and 2015-2023 Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade with 5.3L L83 and 6.2L L86 engines. However, they are *not compatible with 6mm shaft injectors* on Silverado/Sierra and Suburban/Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade models. Additionally, "Global B ECUs may require extra tuning on a case-by-case basis." While returns due to tuning difficulties are not accepted, Xtreme-DI offers technical assistance.
