The Holley EFI 162-591 is a GM-style fuel filter and regulator assembly, engineered for clean and efficient fuel delivery in fuel injection systems. This unit is ideal for LS engine swaps or any fuel injection conversion requiring a static pressure of 58 psi. Its bypass design allows for a versatile setup with one inlet, one outlet to the engine, and a dedicated return outlet to the fuel tank. Constructed from stainless steel, this filter regulator offers improved corrosion resistance and durability. It integrates a 5 nominal micron rated filter with an internal regulator, preset to a constant 58 psi. The connections are -6 AN male, providing a secure and reliable interface for fuel lines. The unit is designed with one inlet, one outlet, and one return port, facilitating a straightforward installation for return-style fuel systems. This Holley EFI component is not recommended for use with fuel pumps that exceed a flow rate of 450 LPH. Proper operation of the regulator requires a return line to be connected. While it is designed for EFI systems, it can be used with other EFI systems that also operate at 58 psi. The product is made of stainless steel and features a bolt-on mounting type. It is important to note that mounting hardware is not included with this assembly.
