Description

The Derale Performance 15720 is a GM Thermostatic Sandwich Adapter Kit that allows for the addition of an engine oil cooler without relocating the factory oil filter. This kit provides external oil lines via 1/2" NPT ports and includes 1/2" hose barb fittings, sleeve nuts, and the necessary O-ring. It features a Type C sandwich adapter with a 13/16"-16 thread size and a 3-1/2" O-ring diameter. The adapter's thickness is 2-1/4". Designed for most 1963-2007 GM V-8 engines, this adapter is a direct fit solution for enhancing your engine's cooling capabilities. The thermostatic feature helps regulate oil temperature by controlling the flow to the external cooler.
