The Legend Fleet Solutions DuraTherm Insulated Ceiling Liner Kit provides essential protection and upgrades for Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana cargo vans with a 135-inch wheelbase. These liners are constructed from dual polypropylene outer skins laminated to a central fluted plastic core. The outer skin is backed with foam and foil insulation, resulting in a 0.4-inch thick liner with an R-value of 4-6, contributing significantly to temperature control within the van. Beyond insulation, the liners also offer excellent sound deadening properties, reducing road noise for a quieter, more comfortable work environment. The precision-cut, pre-drilled material and included mounting hardware ensure a quick and easy installation using plastic push-in clips. Minor trimming may be required for installation, and the liner consists of multiple pieces joined by a color-matched plastic strip.
