These rocker arms are non self-aligning, meaning proper valve adjustment is crucial for optimal operation. It is essential to check valve clearance in late model applications to ensure compatibility and prevent potential interference. These rocker arms are suitable for various Chevrolet V8 engines, including 1955-1987 Chevy 262-400ci engines and 1978-1986 Chevy 3.8L/4.3L 90° V6 engines. Some parts may not be legal for use in California or states with similar emissions regulations.
