GP ASG Superbike 420 Evo Quickshifter and Blipper

The Cordona GP ASG Superbike 420 Evo is a high-performance quickshifter and blipper specifically engineered for Ducati V4 and V4S motorcycles from 2018 onwards. This system employs advanced analogue 0-5v load cell strain gauge technology, directly derived from MotoGP, to deliver a significant upgrade in gear shifting performance. Riders will notice considerably faster, smoother, and more precise gear changes, which also results in less disruption to the motorcycle's chassis compared to standard OEM shifters. Featuring a completely sealed sensor unit with no moving parts, the Cordona 420 Evo offers superior reliability over conventional shifters. The advanced EVO version incorporates a digitally 'spring-loaded' output signal, enabling even more rapid shifts for a wide range of motorcycles, from street bikes and adventure models to superbikes. Technical specifications include a high-sensitivity strain gauge load cell, a linear analogue output to the bike's ECU (2.5v at neutral gear), and a configurable push or pull direction. The unit operates on a 5-15v DC power supply and features a 20MHz processor with adaptive calibration for temperature and vibration. The sensor is rated for temperatures up to 125°C (150°C for short periods), with the electronic module at 85°C. The sensor and module are completely sealed and weather-protected to an IP68 rating, housed in high-precision CNC machined stainless steel. The complete linkage, including rod and uniballs, weighs 120g. The kit comes with a 125mm aluminium rod, M6 rod ends, and necessary hardware for installation.
