GP ASG Superbike Quickshifter

The Cordona 424Evo GP ASG Superbike Quickshifter is designed to significantly improve shifting performance and reliability for the Yamaha YZF-R1, model year 2018 and newer. This system includes a module, a 150 mm shift rod, and a sensor, offering a ready-to-install solution that is also compatible with the YEC KIT ECU for R1 models from 2018 onwards. This quickshifter utilizes an analogue strain gauge with load cell technology, providing a high-sensitivity sensor with no moving parts. It features a 20MHz processor for adaptive calibration against temperature and vibration, and offers configurable pull or push direction. The system outputs a 0-5V analogue signal to the motorcycle ECU, with 2.5V at idle and a range of 0.5 to 4.5V. It is suitable for advanced ECUs like Magneti-Marelli, Motec, Mectronik, MotoGP ECUs, and many OEM or flashed street motorcycle ECUs with a 0-5V analogue input. This enhanced performance can lead to reduced reliance on traction control and a more stable chassis during aggressive maneuvers, especially when the motorcycle is leaned over. The fully sealed and weather-protected sensor and module, along with a high-precision CNC-machined stainless steel housing, ensure durability and reliability in various riding conditions.
