GR Corolla Intercooler Kit

This kit is the most rigorously tested and documented intercooler solution available, providing a true bolt-on experience without the need for any tuning. The design focuses on increasing core size and optimizing boost airflow paths, resulting in documented peak gains between 16-17whp and up to 20whp in the upper RPMs, while also ensuring cooler boosted air temperatures. The core is meticulously designed using 3D scanning and computer modeling to maximize dimensions within the available space. It features an additional charge air row in the bar/plate construction, fitting the largest possible core without any cutting or modification. The high-flow end tanks are engineered for smooth airflow, and the inlet and outlet diameters are increased to 2.25in from the OEM 1.75in, ensuring compatibility with future larger intercooler piping kits and providing immediate gains with the existing OEM piping. It retains OEM mounting points for a seamless integration. The kit is specifically designed for the Toyota GR Corolla 2023+ Manual Only and is not legal for street use in California.
