The Kelford Cams GR Corolla Performance Beehive Valve Springs are a performance upgrade designed for the GR Corolla G16E engine. These springs are a solution to the known weakness of the factory valve springs. The kit includes titanium retainers to reduce valvetrain weight.

The Kelford Cams GR Corolla Performance Beehive Valve Springs with Titanium Retainer Kit (KVS264) are engineered to address the factory valve springs' limitations in the GR Corolla G16E engine. Recognizing the OEM springs as a weak point, Kelford has developed a solution that incorporates titanium retainers, significantly reducing the weight of the valvetrain for improved performance and reliability. This kit requires the removal of the OEM spring bases. A 7.6mm base is supplied for the intake valves, and a 9.3mm base is supplied for the exhaust valves. The installed specifications include: Intake: 100lb @ 35.0mm, 198lb @ 12.0mm lift, with a coil bind at 22.0mm. Exhaust: 87lb @ 36.7mm, 178lb @ 11.5mm lift, with a coil bind at 22.0mm. When using the supplied bases, the achieved pressures are 98lb @ 35.4mm for the intake and 191lb @ 11.70mm lift. The coil bind for this configuration is 22.90mm.
