The Sherpa Grand Teton is a premium, full-length aluminum roof rack specifically designed for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab. Manufactured in Colorado, it features precision laser-cut 1/4" aluminum sideplates and CNC-formed components, creating a stout and durable mounting structure. The rack utilizes industry-leading aluminum mounts with rubber seals for a direct load path and vehicle protection. Constructed with high-grade aluminum, the Grand Teton offers a low-profile design for improved clearance and features aluminum extrusion crossbars with large slots. This design allows for versatile reconfiguration and quick accessory mounting using drop-in nuts, ensuring you can carry bikes, rooftop tents, or other gear for any adventure. The rack has a dynamic load rating of 400 lbs and a static load rating of 700 lbs. Hardware includes black oxide stainless steel. The Grand Teton comes with a Lifetime Warranty.
