Description

The Dobinsons SK59-002 greaseable shackle kit is engineered to enhance the performance and longevity of your vehicle's leaf spring suspension system. Its recessed twin-hole greasable design ensures that both halves of the polyurethane bush receive even grease distribution, which not only reduces friction and wear but also minimizes the chances of corrosion on the shackle pins and suppresses squeaking. Constructed for heavy-duty use, these shackles offer simple servicing through external grease nipples. They also feature an anti-reverse mechanism built in to prevent the leaf spring from bending backward, a common issue with lifted leaf spring vehicles. The gold zinc plating provides an incredibly tough and durable finish, resistant to the elements. These shackles are specifically made to suit 4x4 models. They are compatible with the following Toyota Land Cruiser models: 40 Series (1960-1980, with 35mm spring eyes for 1980-1984 models, and 25mm spring eyes for models up to 1979), 60 Series (1980-1990), and 70 Series (all variants). To replace both front and rear shackles, two sets (four shackles total) are required.
