GReddy BOV KIT FV2 BFV2-124 JZX100 - ATMOS AND RETURN VENT

Designed specifically for the Toyota Mark II series (JZX100) chassis with the turbo 1JZ-GTE engine, this GReddy Blow-off Valve Kit allows for two simple styles of installation onto the factory OEM intercooler piping. The provided application-specific cast-aluminum GReddy adapter pipe along with optional outlet adapter allows for either recirculation the blow off or with the included outlet horn adapter and caps, the option to have it blow off to atmosphere. The upgraded adjustable FV2 BOV allows for fine-tuning for a wide range of boost and turbo combinations. It’s a must have upgrade when boosting up and/or upgrading the factory turbocharger. The GReddy FV2 is the second iteration of our latest generation blow-off valves. The improved design allows two sophisticated features. Without the use of tools, you can now rotate the top of the BOV 360 degrees to best position the vacuum port fitting for your application and the spring stiffness adjustment is now easily and accurately tunable by the use of our detent knob. The unique "Floating Valve" design incorporates a revised adjustable dual spring system, while maintaining the advantages of the previous models' push valve structure and silicone diaphragm control. This original design makes spring pre-load setting less dependent on the idle, while providing better response, increased valve travel, more air-flow and added resistance to premature valve lift under all conditions. Also maintained is a slimmer CNC outlet with discharge ports to draws surrounding air to amplify the blow-off sound, however this can be replaced with optional re-circulation adapters in various sizes. The BOV FV 2 adopts the same mounting and outlet size and position as previous GReddy FV, RZ and RS models, so retro-fitting onto existing applications is possible. All GReddy BOVs are compatible with standard GReddy Blow-off Valve flanges.
