The Greddy Metal Head Gasket is a high-performance engine component designed for the RB26DETT engine. It features an 87mm bore and 1.2mm thickness, with a metal grommet type design to prevent the release of combustion gas pressure under high boost.

It is available in various thicknesses to help lower compression levels and withstand extreme temperatures and cylinder pressures associated with ultra-high output engines.
