The Black Horse Off-Road Modular Design Black Powder Coat Grille Guard Kit is a frame-mounted, 3-piece modular grille guard designed for secure and durable assembly. It includes 5.30-inch Red Round Flood LED Lights for enhanced visibility and safety, particularly during nighttime or off-road conditions. The grille guard is constructed from 2.25-inch-diameter, 16-gauge cold-rolled and mandrel-bent mild steel tubing, along with HRPO 5/16-inch-thick vertical steel plates and a custom-punched center grille for exceptional strength and longevity. It features an E-Coating primer and a black powder-coated finish for resistance against rust and corrosion, while also providing a sleek appearance. The design includes removable front light guards for street and off-road use and vertical vinyl straps for protection against minor bumps and scrapes. The installation is a no-drill, vehicle-specific application, and is estimated to take approximately 1 hour with light to moderate mechanical skill required. The product comes with a limited 3-year coating warranty.
