Description

The GrimmSpeed High-Lift Hood Struts are designed to replace the OEM hood prop for your 2008-2014 Subaru WRX or STI. They offer improved access and visibility of your engine bay. These struts provide a larger opening angle, lifting the hood 35% higher than the stock prop rod.

Constructed with CNC laser-cut steel brackets that are powder-coated for durability and corrosion resistance, these struts also feature stainless steel threaded ball studs. The gas springs are custom-built in the USA with a larger body for smoother operation and are valved to perfectly match the weight of the aluminum WRX and STI hoods.
