GRIP STEP 7" RUNNING BOARDS WITH XD

For tough jobs and hardworking trucks, every accessory must be able to hold its own. LUVERNE Grip Step™ running boards are specifically engineered with work trucks and commercial vans in mind. These truck running boards also come with the XD bracket system to maximize strength and rigidity.

LUVERNE Grip Step™ 7" running boards have a unique, integrated step design, comprised of expanded metal treads. These treads cover the entire surface of the running boards and are constructed from the same aluminum build as the rest of the step. They are highly resistant to wear and grip the bottom of your boots or shoes unlike any plastic step pad can.

The expanded metal treads of Grip Steps™ also help keep the cab of your truck clean. Rain or shine, dirt and mud abound on the jobsite, and your footwear are guaranteed to get dirty. With the open design of Grip Steps™, when you step up onto the running board, the dirt, mud, snow or whatever it may be gets knocked off your boots and easily passes through the side steps. This keeps the mess out of your vehicle and on the ground where it belongs.

To further optimize these truck running boards for the jobsite, we construct them from powder-coated aluminum. We use 5052 aluminum, giving the running boards excellent strength while keeping them completely impervious to rust. Aluminum also helps keep these truck steps lightweight. For a superior shield against corrosion and the elements, we finish the aluminum build with a textured black powder coat. This allows Grip Steps™ to easily withstand the rigors of the job and maintain a clean, professional look on your truck. They are finished off with end caps that eliminate sharp corners on the aluminum board and add a finishing touch.

LUVERNE Grip Steps™ are the perfect truck side steps, particularly for work and fleet vehicles in the construction, agriculture and commercial sectors. These Grip Step™ running boards are equipped with the XD bracket system. Like our standard brackets, XD brackets are vehicle-specific for an easy, custom fit on your own unique make and model. However, XD brackets are further enhanced with an extra-strong design. They offer the side steps added rigidity and strength, giving you a solid step into your work truck.

This particular set of Grip Step™ running boards with the XD bracket system is designed to fit specific years of the Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty and F-550 Super Duty crew cab (see application information to verify fitment with your truck). The brackets are powder-coated for excellent corrosion resistance, and they mount with stainless steel hardware for long-lasting dependability.
