The Expion360 EX-G24-80C is a high-density, deep-cycle LiFePO4 battery providing 80 Amp-Hours of usable energy. It offers a significant upgrade in runtime compared to standard 60Ah lithium or lead-acid batteries, fitting within a compact Group 24 footprint. Weighing 24.0 lbs (10.9 kg), it is approximately half the weight of traditional AGM batteries of similar size, offering nearly double the usable capacity.

This battery features a fully sealed IP66 waterproof enclosure for protection against high-pressure water jets and dust, making it suitable for marine and outdoor environments. It is constructed with UL1642 recognized 3.4Ah cylindrical cells and engineered to meet UL1973 compliance for safety. Oversized brass terminals enhance electrical connectivity and reduce heat buildup. The EX-G24-80C includes integrated mounting feet for secure installation without additional battery boxes or straps, supporting scalable power systems with standard BCI group sizing.
