GS430 FDFI1900 Intercooled Supercharger Kit

The ELATE GS430 FDFI1900 Intercooled Supercharger Kit provides a comprehensive solution for supercharging your Lexus GS430, offering a new and efficient alternative to used OEM units. This complete bolt-on kit utilizes the popular four-lobe FDFI1900 roots-type supercharger, manufactured in Australia with a Harrop body and Eaton internals. This intercooled kit includes an ELATE 2-pc cast supercharger manifold with a top plate, a dual-pass intercooler core with investment cast end tanks featuring -12AN fittings, and the Harrop FDFI1900 supercharger with a vertical bypass. It also comes with a throttle body extension loom (6-pin version only), an ELATE 6PK supercharger pulley (for 6-7 psi boost), an ELATE 3UZ throttle body adapter, and a smooth idler pulley. For cooling, the kit features an external heat exchanger with dual 12AN to 3/4″ bard fittings, 4 meters of 400 series -12AN line with two 12AN 90° fittings, a Bosch 1200LPH W2A pump, an ELATE W2A pump relay loom, and an ELATE W2A reservoir with a 15psi relief cap. The kit is completed with an ELATE reservoir mount and a 6PK2540 drive belt, along with installation instructions. These kits are assembled to order.
