The BoostLogic GT1R GEN 2 FLEX FUEL KIT is a second-generation flex fuel system designed for the R35 GTR.

This kit features a completely plug-and-play wiring harness, utilizing Mil Spec tefzel wire and Raychem DR-25 heat shrink for durability. The flex fuel converter box translates the ethanol sensor's signal into a 0-5v output compatible with the stock ECU, offering .5v for 0% ethanol and 4.5v for 100% ethanol. The kit includes all necessary plumbing with Redhorse Performance ethanol-compatible hose and crimp ends, the ethanol content sensor and mount, and the plug-and-play harness. Options are available for stock or aftermarket fuel rails, with adapters for AN threads or specific ORB sizes.

The BoostLogic GT1R GEN 2 FLEX FUEL KIT represents an improved second-generation flex fuel system engineered for all year models of the R35 GTR. A key enhancement is the relocation of the ethanol content sensor to the pressure side of the fuel system. This placement ensures more consistent readings, particularly when fuel pumps are operating at their maximum capacity and return fuel flow is minimal. The integrated flex fuel converter box accurately transforms the ethanol sensor's digital signal into a 0-5v analog output that the stock ECU can interpret. This output ranges from 0.5v at 0% ethanol to 4.5v at 100% ethanol. Notably, no separate display is required, as tuning software like Cobb and EcuTek provide users with the means to monitor ethanol content directly. It also incorporates the ethanol content sensor, its mounting hardware, and the plug-and-play wiring harness. For aftermarket rail compatibility, customers must specify the rail size, with options for 6AN ORB or 8AN ORB.
