GT2560S Turbocharger

The Garrett GT2560S turbocharger, part number 700716-0001, is a remanufactured unit designed to replace the original component on specific Isuzu vehicles. This turbo is engineered for the Isuzu 4.8L 4HE1 engine, fitting 1999-2004 Isuzu NQR and NPI models. This turbocharger comes with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty from Garrett Turbo Technologies. Proper installation is crucial for turbocharger longevity. Before installation, it is recommended to carefully inspect the air cleaner, air cleaner duct, and exhaust manifold for any foreign materials that could cause immediate damage upon engine startup. Additionally, old gaskets must be removed from the exhaust manifold and oil supply/drain line flanges, and these surfaces should be inspected for any cracks, flatness issues, or erosion. The oil supply and drain lines should also be checked for degradation, kinking, or any form of restriction or clogging. Installation is estimated to take approximately 8 hours and requires a skill level of Service Technician “B” or higher. Garrett Turbo Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. However, this warranty does not apply to parts not used according to instructions, those found without fault, modified without approval, or improperly installed or maintained. It also excludes damage from misuse, abuse, mishandling, or external factors beyond Garrett's reasonable control.
