GT2871R Ball Bearing Turbocharger

The Garrett GT2871R turbocharger is built upon the legacy of the original GT series, renowned for pioneering turbo technology and achieving numerous world records in racing. This unit features original GT series aerodynamics for maximum durability and longevity. Equipped with a dual ball bearing system and a water-cooled Center Housing Rotating Assembly (CHRA), the GT2871R offers enhanced performance and reliability. Its compressor specifications include a 53mm inducer, 71mm exducer, and a 56 trim with a 0.60 A/R, while the turbine side features a 54mm inducer, 47mm exducer, and a 76 trim with options for 0.86 or 0.64 A/R. The turbocharger is designed to support a horsepower range of 280 to 475 HP and is suitable for engine displacements from 1.8L to 3.0L. It is sold as a complete turbo assembly, including the turbine kit and actuator, and offers internally wastegated turbine housing options, with V-band and T25 flange configurations available.
