GT3 RS Twin Turbo Kit

The ESMotor GT3 RS Twin Turbo Kit represents a significant performance evolution for the Porsche 911 (992) GT3 RS. Designed and engineered in-house by ESMotor, this comprehensive system converts the factory naturally aspirated engine into an ultra-responsive twin-turbocharged powerhouse. The goal is to enhance the car's performance capabilities while preserving the renowned precision, response, and character of the GT3 RS platform. This kit is a fully reversible bolt-on package, ensuring that no permanent modifications or permanent changes to the vehicle's chassis are necessary during installation. This design principle allows for the entire system to be removed, returning the car completely to its factory specifications and maintaining its original condition. Every component has been purpose-built to integrate seamlessly with the GT3 RS, including custom V-band titanium X-pipes, bespoke turbo headers, and custom turbo and boost lines, all engineered for optimal reliability, efficiency, and performance. The system includes a range of high-performance components such as Turbosmart 6466 turbochargers, wastegates, and blow-off valves. It also features ES chargecoolers and custom radiators with precision-designed mounting brackets for superior thermal management. Airflow is optimized with an ES 3D-printed intake kit, and an ES custom methanol injection system with a dedicated tank is included for enhanced fueling and knock protection. For engine management, the kit integrates the factory ECU with a Syvecs OEX module and includes an ES custom wiring harness. A Dodson clutch upgrade and bespoke ECU and PDK transmission tuning by ES ensure the drivetrain can handle the increased power output. Furthermore, the kit incorporates an advanced map-switch system that provides the driver with control over boost and fuel maps, boost-by-gear, boost-by-RPM strategies, and adjustable ignition timing. This allows for precise power delivery tailoring to various track conditions, road surfaces, and fuel qualities. On UK 99 RON pump fuel with methanol injection, the system is capable of producing approximately 750–760 WHP (885–900 BHP) and 588 ft-lb of torque. Lower octane fuels are supported via map switching with appropriate power level caps for engine safety.
