Overview

The CX Racing GT35 turbo kit is a manifold and downpipe system designed for the 1998-2005 Lexus IS300 with the 2JZ-GE engine.

This kit features a top-mount T4 GT35 turbo with a 0.68 AR turbine housing for mid-end power. The manifold has an equal length and long tube runner design, constructed from 11-gauge, 1.75-inch OD stainless steel tubing. It includes a 44mm V-band wastegate with an 8 PSI boost setting and a 3-inch V-band downpipe. The design aims for bolt-on fitment without requiring relocation of existing components and retains the stock ABS unit.

The CXRacing GT35 T4 Turbo Kit provides a comprehensive solution for converting a 1998-2005 Lexus IS300 with a 2JZ-GE engine to a turbocharged setup. This kit includes a GT35 T4 turbocharger, a top-mount manifold with an equal length and long tube runner design for improved airflow and higher torque, an integrated wastegate, and a 3-inch V-band downpipe. The manifold's design positions the turbo towards the back, offering ample front clearance for the distributor and engine water tube, while retaining the factory ABS unit. The GT35 turbo features a 0.68 AR turbine housing for quick spool and immediate low-end power, supporting an estimated 300-500 horsepower. The downpipe is 3-inch stainless steel with a V-band connection to the turbo and includes an O2 sensor bung. The kit is specifically developed for Left-Hand-Drive US models; fitment for Right-Hand-Drive chassis may be an issue due to potential conflict with the steering shaft, and modifications will be necessary. It is important to note that this kit is for Off Road or Track Use ONLY and is not intended for street use. An intercooler kit is not included with this specific product. To complete the installation, users will need to drain the oil pan and drill a hole for the turbo oil return.
