GT35 T4 Turbo Kit

The CX Racing Single Turbo Manifold Downpipe + Intercooler Kit is engineered for the 2nd Gen 1994-2004 Chevrolet S10 Truck equipped with the 4.3L Vortec engine. This comprehensive kit is designed to support up to 500 horsepower, significantly enhancing the performance of your S10. Central to the kit is a GT35 T4 turbocharger, paired with stainless steel turbo headers featuring 1.5" runners. The system includes a 44mm V-band wastegate pre-set to 8 PSI and a 3" stainless steel downpipe that integrates with the stock exhaust location. For efficient cooling, a 3.5" core intercooler with 2.5" inlet and outlet is provided, designed to fit behind the factory bumper. The kit also incorporates 3" aluminum piping with a 50MM blow-off valve, intercooler brackets, and new radiator brackets with twin 12" electrical fans. A new 1.5" top radiator hard pipe and hoses are also included. Installation of this turbo kit requires some modifications. The factory wheel fender liners cannot be retained. Additionally, the master brake cylinder will need to be replaced with one from a 1st Gen S10, which mounts to the outer side to accommodate the intercooler piping. The factory clutch fans are not compatible due to space constraints; the kit provides new radiator mounting brackets and electrical fans, though the wiring and relays for these fans are not included.
