The CXRACING Top Mount GT35 Turbo Kit with Front Mount Intercooler is engineered for the 1991-1999 Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 models featuring the KA24DE (DOHC) engine. This comprehensive kit includes a GT35 turbocharger, a bar-and-plate front mount intercooler with mandrel-bent aluminum piping, a 304 stainless steel top-mount exhaust manifold, a 3-inch stainless steel downpipe, and an external 38mm wastegate with a dump tube. It also comes with an oil feed line kit and an aluminum heat shield to protect critical components like the master brake line. The manifold is constructed from 16-gauge thick-wall 304 stainless steel, designed for high flow and durability, and features a laser-cut flange compatible with T3 or T4 turbos. The GT35 turbo included has a 4-inch air inlet, a 2.5-inch compressed air outlet, a standard T3 turbine housing flange, and a 4-bolt exhaust outlet. The intercooler core measures 23"x11"x3" with overall dimensions of 31"x11"x3", featuring 2.75" inlets and outlets. The kit also includes a 50mm blow-off valve, silicon hoses, and T-bolt clamps. It supports an estimated 200 to 400 horsepower, contingent on the vehicle's fuel system and tuning.
