GT35 Turbo Kit + Intercooler Kit

The CXRacing GT35 Turbo Kit + Intercooler Kit is engineered for the 1998-2005 Lexus IS300 equipped with the 2JZ-GE naturally aspirated (NA-T) engine. This comprehensive kit aims to significantly enhance performance with a focus on improved horsepower and torque. The core of the kit includes a GT35 turbocharger capable of supporting 300-500 horsepower, featuring a 4-inch inlet, 2.5-inch outlet, and a 0.68 AR turbine housing for immediate low-end power and quick spool. Accompanying the turbo is a stainless steel 1.75-inch OD elbow manifold with a 6-1 merge collector designed for optimized airflow. A 3-inch V-band stainless steel downpipe with an O2 sensor bung is also included, connecting to the factory pre-cat position. The intercooler system features a double bar and plate construction, with a total height of 12 inches and a bottom core thickness of 4 inches. Its inlet and outlet sizes are 2.5 inches, and it's designed to integrate with the factory bumper support bar, maximizing cooling efficiency without requiring any cutting. The piping kit consists of 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum pipes, complete with a blow-off valve, silicone hoses, and T-bolt clamps for a complete installation solution. A 44mm V-band wastegate with an 8 PSI spring is also part of the package. This kit is specifically developed for Left-Hand-Drive US models of the 1998-2005 Lexus IS300. Fitment for Right-Hand-Drive models is not guaranteed due to potential conflicts with the steering shaft, and modifications may be necessary.
