GT35 Turbo Kit with 44mm Wastegate

The CX Racing GT35 T4 Turbo Kit offers a comprehensive solution for converting the naturally aspirated 2JZ-GE engine in a 1998-2005 Lexus IS300 to a turbocharged setup. This kit includes a GT35 turbocharger with a T4 flange and a 0.68 AR turbine housing, designed to deliver immediate low-end power and support a horsepower range of 300-500 HP. The manifold is engineered with a top-mount design, featuring equal-length, long-tube runners constructed from 11-gauge, 1.75-inch OD stainless steel tubing for optimized airflow and exhaust scavenging. The merge collector is a 6-1 design. This new design positions the turbo slightly backward to provide ample front clearance, accommodating the stock ABS unit without requiring relocation of other parts. The wastegate is a 44mm V-band type, pre-set to 8 PSI, and the downpipe is a 3-inch stainless steel V-band unit that connects to the factory pre-cat position. This kit is explicitly intended for off-road or track use only and is not street legal. It is crucial for the user to understand the complexity of converting a naturally aspirated engine to turbocharging and to ensure this is the correct kit for their project. The kit does not include an intercooler. Installation will require draining the oil pan and drilling a hole for the turbo oil return line. Note that this product was developed based on left-hand-drive US models; fitment on right-hand-drive vehicles may present issues and is not guaranteed, with modifications likely being necessary, and returns due to RHD fitment will not be accepted.
